Dear Colleagues:

Dont forget to register for your 2007-2008 membership. Summer is a very busy time and it is imperative that you renew your membership no later than July 1 st, 2008 to facilitate our updates and pass along the information to the College of Dental Technologists of Ontario. You must have all paperwork cleared before September 1, 2008.

At the 2004 Annual General Meeting held on October 2, 2004, the membership of the ADTO voted in favour of a constitutional change regarding annual membership fees. Beginning for the 2006/2007 term, the membership dues will be $318.69 plus GST, exclusive of insurance premiums. Therefore, the full fee for the 2007/2008 term is as follows:

Please note that if you do not sign your application form for the insurance portion, your membership will not be renewed and you could face a penalty.

Membership includes the mandatory errors and omissions insurance, Spectrum magazine, Ontario Report, discounts on merchant VISA and Mastercard accounts as well as various other benefits. For a full list of benefits, please visit our website at www.adto.org.
