Annual Renewals
Summer is time to enjoy the great outdoors but is also time to register your 2009-2010
membership. It is imperative that you renew your membership by July 15th, 2009 to facilitate our
updates and pass along the information to the College of Dental Technologists of Ontario. We will
begin processing the membership renewals after July 1st.
The full fee for the 2009/2010 term is as follows:
Membership $525.00
Insurance 67.00
PST (on insurance only) 5.36
GST (5%) 26.25
TOTAL $623.61
Please note that if you do not sign your application form for the insurance portion, your membership
will not be renewed and you could face a penalty.
Membership includes the mandatory errors and omissions insurance, Spectrum magazine subscription,
continuing education, social events such as DentoGala, Golf Day and Ski Day, informative web site with
free classifieds, current articles of interest, discounts on merchant VISA and Master Card accounts as
well as various other benefits.
Please note that after July 15th, 2009 there will be a $75 penalty for late renewals
NO exceptions, this will be enforced.
